This is the only album released in 1986 by Sax Matalanza, a singer/songwriter from the former Zaire, Central Africa. He seems to have provided music for L'Orchestre Veve, which was led by Georges Kiamuangana Mateta, aka Verckys, in the 70s. He was probably active in Zaire as a composer and producer. The beat of A1 is like a 4-piece dance music. The vocal/chorus melody work is also excellent. I think this is a piece that you can enjoy slowly and comfortably.
