An album released in 1987 by minor guitarist Stefan Schmidt from the German regional city of Konstanz, located on the border with Switzerland, on his own label. Mainly featuring solo acoustic guitar performances, the album also incorporates flute, percussion, and violin, presenting idyllic and gentle unplugged music that sublimates country, folk, and bluegrass. The pleasant soundscape slowly unfolds, evoking images of the rural countryside of a German backwater. The style is reminiscent of Kolbe & Illenberger and Windham Hill's Michael Hedges. Highly recommended.
