Sumire Yoshihara is a Japanese percussionist who has been internationally acclaimed for her performance at the Meta Musik Festival in Berlin, Germany in 1976, organized by Walter Bachauer, as well as for premiering Toshi Ichiyanagi's percussion composition "Arrangements". This is album was released in 1986. It is a live recording of a home concert held at the home of journalist/author Takashi Tachibana, and was independently produced and released by Tachibana. All of the recorded pieces are original compositions by Yoshihara. A large amount of percussion was brought in and played in front of an audience of 30 people, allowing the audience to experience a tranquil world where they can listen to the sound of various percussions. This is a good quality record with a very large dynamic range. This is a dead stock archival copy.
One part on side A has slightly warp. But, it does not affect to playback.
