This album was released in 1971 by Sun Ra, an alien from Saturn, and his group His Intergalactic Research Arkestra. Recorded live at festivals in Donaueschingen and Berlin, Germany in 1970. Marshall Allen, John Gilmore, Danny Thompson, and a total of 22 other musicians share their energy to create a chaotic musical picture scroll that begins as a bizarre dream, develops into a confrontation between dark myth and reality, and ends with the end of the century at the edge of the universe. This is a reissue of the Japanese pressing released by Teichiku in 1981.
