This album was released in 1981 by Tadayuki Naito, a photographer and field recording artist who has published numerous photo books featuring African and other natural landscapes and animals. Side A is a recreation of a morning scene in the savanna, with birds and insects singing, and side B is a scene of a Maasai herdsman whistling a tune like a bird's call. The recording is very vivid and realistic sounding. Please also read Naito's contribution in the liner notes.
