いにしえの響き - パウル・クレーの絵のように -
CBS Sony (Japan) 1986

This album was released in 1986 by Takashi Kako, a Japanese pianist in the field of classical/contemporary music in the beginning, but opened his eyes to free jazz and followed his own path, fusing elements of jazz and contemporary music. The album features solo piano performances based on the paintings of Paul Klee, a Swiss artist who was active from the end of the 19th to the 20th century and was a professional pianist. It's a very imaginative performance of stillness and movement, just like Paul Klee's minimalist and randomly composed abstract paintings, with a hint of Erik Satie, and enough ambient elements.
