The album was released in 1978 by Tan Tan, a Japanese female singer who has sung for the Sadistics, Masayoshi Takanaka and Naoya Matsuoka, and later released an album produced by Kazuhiko Kato under the name Harumi Ozora (Haruomi Hosono also wrote the music). The album was recorded in the U.S. with David Wolfert as producer and all the backing musicians are American. Tan Tan's soft voice is also very nice.
