This is the first album released in 1989 by The 28th Street Crew, an early house project by David Cole and Robert Clivilles, who would later dominate the scene as C+C Musi Factory. It's a black contemporary house with rapping, and Louie Rivera, who also edits this album, uses the same material as Sandee's smoky deep house classic "Notice Me (Notice The House Mix)" from the previous year. The song "Sex on the Dance Floor" on B4 is nice. Try using two copies of "Notice Me" for a super long mix.

A3: Steppin' Out
