This 12" single was released in 1988 by The Rhyth-O-Matics, a minor Afro/Ska Soul band from California, U.S.A. They debuted with the album "Walking in the Shadow" in 1985. The B-side is a groovy funk tune that combines Caribbean and Afro beats. Both of which are reminiscent of the club jazz scene that was beginning to flourish in London at the time.
