This album was released in 1961 by the Tokyo Cuban Boys, one of Japan's leading Latin bands, formed by Tadaaki Misago in 1949. Among the many Latin rhythms, this album is based on the theme of rumba, which has been popular in Japan since the olden days, and features songs synonymous with rumba such as "Peanut Vendor," Xavia Cugat's "My Shawl", "Nightingale" and more. The Tokyo Cuban Boys performance very excellent which is an arrangement of the famous rumba songs, will be enjoyed by all.
