This compilation album was released in 1980 and was directed by Francois Luambo Makiadi Lokanga La Djo Pene (Franco), one of the founders of Congolese popular music since the 50s. One track each by Paul Ebengo Dewayon, who has worked with Franco since the 50s, Celi Bitshou (T.P.O.K. Jazz), Samu Bakula (Orch. G.O. Melebo) and Bederemos (Orchestre Elegance Jazz) of Orchestre Elegance Jazz, respectively. All of them are excellent 70's style Congolese music with warm percussion beats and pleasant vocal/chorus work. Celi Bitshou and Bederemos on the B-side are especially valuable as their solos can only be listen to on this album.
