This album was released in 1986 by Ocora, one of Europe's best labels, which has produced many field recordings of folk and local music from around the world. This album contains traditional music/religious songs of the Ethiopian Jewish people living in Israel, with solo singing by men and girls, chants by several men, and prayers. I feel sympathy for the harmony, because it is similar to Japanese folk songs. In any case, the recording is very good, and the flesh tones resonate vividly in the sound field. Highly recommend it.
