The first in a compilation series focusing on works composed and recorded for stage and contemporary dance. One track has been selected from each of the following: Shusaku & Dormu Dance Theatre's 1984 work "Music From," composed by Gerard Stokkink and also introduced in the guidebook "OBSCURE SOUND REVISED EDITION"; Ivory Playground's 1986 work "Scattered Clouds"; Ramuntcho Matta's 1985 work "Ramuntcho Matta"; and Atlantis Transit Project's 1989 work "Torso." All are masterpieces with an avant-garde sensibility.
