Original Edition Vol.2
Otto High Fidelity (Japan) 1976
LRs-480 (LP) textured sleeve. w/insert.
sleeve : EX+(slightly wear on corner.)
media : EX/EX(some slightly noises.)

A non-commercial novelty record produced by SANYO's audio brand OTTO in 1976, intended for audio testing purposes. This compilation album features a total of seven tracks, ranging from disco to jazz, movie music, and chanson. It includes Van McCoy's representative track A1, released in 1975, as well as an exquisite sexy disco track A2, which also appeared on Kyōhei Tsutsumi's album "Hit Machine," released in the same year from Toshiba Records' Pro Use series. Highly recommended is A3, which arranges Mussorgsky's piano suite—also known for Isao Tomita's synthesizer version—into an orchestral jazz-funk piece with trippy electronic sounds. The sound clarity is excellent, as expected for an audio test record.

A2: a Killer Smile
A3: 展覧会の絵
