This is the second compilation album released in 1975, focusing on traditional Middle Eastern instruments such as the oud, qanun, bouzouki, mizmar, and ney from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, and other regions. Released by the French cult label Voice Of Stars, known for its exotic oriental music releases including belly dance and Egyptian music, this album features a rich collection of ethnic oriental music performed by renowned Arab instrumentalists such as Assaad Khoury, Ahmed Meneimneh, Matar, Said Salm, Bechir Abdel Aal, Joseph Karkour, and Farouk Salameh. Highly recommended.
