This is an album released in 1982 by Reinhard Lakomy, an electronic musician from the former East Germany who was active as a folk-rock singer in his early days. The album opens with a sound effect like a signal transmitted from distant space, followed by a flood of finely chiseled electronic beats and trippy synth arpeggios on Space Electro A1, and the serious composition and detailed arrangements characteristic of the former East Germany are wonderful. It is a deep German electro sound.
