Another Side (Belgium) 1985
SIDE 8415 (LP)
sleeve : EX+(slightly wear on corner.)
media : EX-/EX(some slightly noise. A1 has some light noise caused by one small and slightly scratch.)
An album released in 1985 by French composer William Sheller, who was also active as one of the few chanson singers with a background in classical music. It features a string quartet performed by Bruno Pasquier (first violin), Jacques Prat (second violin), Régis Pasquier (viola), and Hervé Derrien (cello). While rooted in a modern classical style, the album also reflects Sheller’s unique sensibility—well known for incorporating progressive-rock elements into his music—and subtly evokes a minimalism reminiscent of Philip Glass. It is an outstanding work.
