An album released in 1978 by Zbigniew Seifert, a Polish jazz violinist who tragically passed away at the young age of 33 during a U.S. tour in 1979. Seifert had previously delivered outstanding performances, such as on the masterpiece Kunstkopfindianer, released by MPS in 1974 in collaboration with Wolfgang Dauner and Adelhard Roidinger, and had also left behind high-quality works on Mood Records. This album features session recordings made in 1978 with a quintet that included Jaroslaw Smietana (guitar), Janusz Grzywacz (piano), Zbigniew Wegehaupt (bass), and Mieczyslav Gorka (drums). Tracks like A1 and A2 unfold slowly, exuding a dense and atmospheric mood, showcasing Seifert's unique vibrato-laden violin playing. The B-side features an unusual 21-minute-long track accompanied throughout by narration, adding a distinctive twist to the album.
A1: Bez Tytulu
A2: Where are You from
