Featured in the guidebooks "obscure sound 桃源郷的音盤640選" and "OBSCURE SOUND REVISED EDITION". This is a concept album released in 1979 under the name Zed by French artist Bernard Szajner, who created intense experimental/minimal electronic works under The Hypothetical Prophets and his solo name. It's an extraordinary electronic work that expresses the world of Frank Herbert's sci-fi novel "Dune" (which was also made into a film directed and written by David Lynch) through his unique interpretation. The synthesizer sounds, which become increasingly intense as the album progresses, are incredibly powerful and piercing. Even now, the electronic sounds are remarkably fresh. Highly recommended.
