This is the first album released in 1981 by Z'EV, a project by Stefan Joel Weisser, a Los Angeles, USA-based New York City-based experimental music, poetry, and conceptual art artist. Recorded with the help of Peter Graute and Martin Van Der Leer, founders of Backstreert Bcklash Records, a record store and studio in Rotterdam, Holland, the album features a wide range of acoustic/electronic processing with tape and effects. Weisser is a drummer, and his use of hard, metallic beats is very effective. It's very exciting. Highly recommended.
