Wheels of Time
Govinda/Touchstone (US) 1979
RA-107 (LP)
sleeve : VG+(Side/Corner Rubbing, Fading)
media : VG+/VG+(a slight dust noise,a few light scratches that do not affect the playback sound)

This album was released in 1979 by the Canadian folky progressive rock group Ananta. Like Rasa's "Everything You See is Me", which was featured in the guidebook "Obscure Sound: 640 Greatest Soundscapes", this album is made by Hari Krishna devotees, and features beautiful chorus work and a pleasant new age ethnic folk sound. The crossover sound is a perfect mix of folky songs with elements of ethnic music, fusion, and electronics, and the adult-oriented vocals/chorus create a unique atmosphere of new age progressive rock. The album is a mixture of various genres of music, but the overall image of the album is unified, and it is a very good conceptual album.
