Chava Alberstein, one of Israel's most popular female singers and songwriters, released her first album in 1978, and remained at the forefront of the music scene from the late 1960s to the 2000s. The album features a gorgeous arrangement of adult pop music, featuring a band sound and string orchestra, with compositions by Shalom Hanoch, Matti Caspi, and Moni Amariglio. Israeli female singers have unique characteristics in their singing, and it is very easy to understand their merits when you listen to ballad style songs like A3 and A4, which are moist and melancholy. The sound quality is thick and crisp as in the late 1970s. (Chee)
A3: With Closed Eyes
A4: Sunset
