An album released in 1969 by the American vibraphone player Gary Burton, who has been active since the early 1960s and has left many excellent works on ECM. It is a quintet featuring Jerry Hahn (guitar), Richard Greene (violin), Steve Swallow (bass), and Bill Goodwin (drums). In addition to the vibraphone, Burton also plays the piano. This masterpiece showcases a rocking and groovy jazz that transcends the bebop style, with a hint of psychedelic flavor. The electric guitar by Hahn, who also played in John Handy's group, and the violin by Greene stand out prominently.
