At Let The Music Play is the 2004 official reissue of At Let The Music Play, the 1974 album by Dutch female singer Greetje Kauffeld, who has been active since the 1960's. The album features orchestrations by Sabu Martinez, Herb Geller, Ack Van Rooyen, Palle The orchestra and jazz musicians, including Sabu Martinez, Herb Geller, Ack Van Rooyen and Palle Mikkelborg, are all well known in their respective fields. You can enjoy the gorgeous jazz vocals of Greetje Kauffeld. I recommend the last track, B5, a mellow soul jazz tune with orchestral sounds spreading comfortably in the sound field and melancholic electric piano and flute. The sound quality of this re-release is very good. (Chee)
