This is the 3rd album by composer/guitarist Makoto Matsushita, released in 1983. It was introduced in the first edition of the guidebook Obscure Sound. Matsushita began his career as a studio musician in his teens in the mid-1970s and later became a key member of technical progressive fusion bands like AB's and Paradigm Shift. He continues to work at the forefront of the mainstream music scene as an arranger and backing vocalist.

All members of Paradigm Shift, the band Matsushita later formed, participated in this album. It serves as a precursor to the 1985 album Paradigm Shift, released by Better Days. The compositions feature intricate arrangements reminiscent of mid-period King Crimson, combined with highly technical performances, embodying a progressive rock essence. However, the mellow quality infused through Matsushita's songwriting creates a uniquely atmospheric sound, crafting a rare style known as mellow prog on a global scale.
