Trio album released in 1989 by Massimo Colombo, an Italian jazz pianist who has participated in the Attilo Zanchi Quartet, etc. Marco Micheli (b) and Francesco Sotgiu (ds) joined. Released on Splasc(h) Records, a label that led the Italian new jazz scene. The album includes A1, an ambient jazz with ethereal synthesizer pads, and B4, which is reminiscent of Egberto Gismonti with its detailed melody and cosmic sound, as well as electronic sounds with Oberheim synthesizer. This is an excellent piece of deep contemporary jazz with a neat facade that could only be achieved with this album. This label has a lot of good stuff.
