This album was released in 1984 by Michael Lorimer, an American who made his debut in the early 70's as a disciple of Andres Segovia, a Spanish guitarist who is regarded as the father of modern classical guitar technique, and has performed in concerts in the former Soviet Union. This is a classical solo guitar work featuring lyrical performances of Segovia's scores, Villa-Lobos, and a guitar arrangement of J.S. Bach's cello suite. The soft tone of the nylon strings provides a fluid sound.
