This is a duet album released in 1984 by Mikio Masuda, a jazz pianist who has left many high-quality crossover jazz works for Electric Bird and Better Days, and Mariko Hiraga, a female singer who was new at the time. The album features well-known session players such as Tsunehide Matsuki, Katsutoshi Morizono, Shuichi Ponta Murakami, Hiroshi Murakami, Yuichi Togashi, Kenji Takamizu, Akira Okazawa, and Hidefumi Toki. This is a crossover jazz piece with a calm atmosphere, from mellow jazz to bossa jazz, full of urban flair, with both vocalists in the background. Masuda's vocals are not as good as they could be, but in a way, they have a nice mellow vibes. The background performance is perfectly wonderful.
