This is the fourth installment of a tetralogy of rhythm records created by Ponta Murakami, one of Japan's most talented drummers, and Shigenori Kamiya, a synthesizer player who has focused on the possibilities of synthesizers since the 1970s and even built his own electronic music studio. This is the fourth in a series of four rhythm records released in 1982 by synthesizer player Shigenori Kamiya, who focused on electronic music and even built his own electronic music studio. It was created using only live drum performances by Shuichi Murakami and computer-generated rhythm patterns, and contains various rhythm patterns at various BPMs. It can be used in a variety of ways, including as sampling material or a DJ tool, regardless of the genre, but as the title "Sickness" suggests, this is the most extreme rhythm in the series, so it's up to you to come up with your own ideas on how to use it.
