This album was released in 1982 by Tom Johnson, an American composer who also participated in the second album of the Italian avant-garde group Magazzini Criminali, whose 1980 album "Crollo Nervoso" was featured in the guidebook "OBSCURE SOUND REVISED EDITION. This is a very interesting work in which nine bells are hung from the ceiling in diagonal lines, and the bells are rung while moving along the lines of various figures drawn in composition, including circles and stars. It is also very interesting that the scale is adjusted according to the position of the hanging bells, so that the piece can be used as a piece of music. Sound-wise, the piece is very meditative, allowing the listener to immerse themselves in a world of overtones without being pigeonholed as contemporary music. The fact that it is released on India Navigation, a label that has produced many free jazz masterpieces, is also very meaningful. The back of the jacket features a commentary by Carl Stone. Highly recommended
