Caspar Brotzmann, son of German free jazz saxophonist Peter Brotzmann, is a guitarist who has produced a variety of works in a genre-crossing style. This is the second album by Caspar Brotzmann Massaker released in 1989. Recorded live at the studio of FMP, a prestigious free jazz label in Germany, the album is an avant-garde art-rock with noisy, edgy guitar playing that sizzles and sizzles, creating a strong impression. The guitar riffs of A3, with its unique minimalism, and B2, with its dark matter distortion sound, are outstanding.
A3: Mute
B2: Black Axis
