A solo album released in 1981 by Robert Dick, an American multi-flute player who has also worked with John Zone and others. The album was produced using only acoustic instruments such as bass flute and piccolo flute, without any electrical effects or overdubs, and the sound of the flute just swaying and releasing overtones, as if at one with nature, is reminiscent of birdsong, wind, and the rustling of trees. The sound of the flute, which is just swaying, emitting overtones as if it were one with nature, evokes the singing of birds, the sound of the wind, and the rustling of trees in this organic improvisational solo work. It is a world like a landscape painting with tones and scales reminiscent of shakuhachi (bamboo flute). This is a piece that should be appreciated as a high-quality ambient piece.
