This is a 12-inch single cut from the 1983 album "Aqua e Viento" by Italian jazz drummer Tullio De Piscopo, who rose to prominence as a modern jazz drummer and transformed into a tropical crossover style since the 1980s. The songwriting is by Pino Daniele, and notable musicians such as Daniele himself, Don Cherry, and Don Moye of the Art Ensemble of Chicago are featured. With a danceable drum/percussion beat and the pleasant sounds of Don Cherry's pocket trumpet in the background, Piscopo's gritty vocals intertwine with female choruses, creating a Balearic sound perfectly suited for the beaches of Ibiza. The B-side also includes an instrumental version.
