This album, released in 1979, is by French synthesist François Bréant, who was active in the early 1970s as a member of progressive bands such as Cruciferius and Nemo, and later produced works for Salif Keita in the late 1980s. The recording features contributions from Didier Lockwood, Mick Martin, Guy Khalifa, J.M. Kajdan, among others. Utilizing synthesizers such as the ARP Odyssey, Oberheim SEM, Prophet-5, and YAMAHA CS-80, Bréant blends classical melodies with crossover arrangements, presenting a wide-ranging instrumental work that spans from progressive rock with a classical flair to fantastical ambient textures. This is the Japanese edition, released in 1980 as part of the European Rock Collection 2000 series.
