An album released in 1978 by American saxophonist Houston Person, who had been active since the 1960s with groups such as Johnny "Hammond" Smith’s band and went on to thrive across a wide range of Black music scenes including jazz, soul, funk, and disco. The album features a lineup of stellar musicians such as Melvin Sparks, Charles Earland, Etta Jones, Grady Tate, and Sonny Phillips. From the medium-groove track A1, highlighted by Earland’s sharp organ and Phillips’ electric piano, to track A2 that is nice blues jazz featuring Jones' vocals, the album showcases soulful and seductive performances throughout, making it a true classic.
