---

Recorded in London in 1990 at the height of the world music movement, there is something very unique about this album. It is the relationship between the sound of the words and the melody, and the play on words that is unique to the Japanese language. With a colourful, multicultural sound, words becomes a stateless sound and music that transcends time and borders to resonate today.
