Ryuichi Sakamoto teamed up with London, England singer/songwriter Thomas Dolby to record this 12" single, released in 1985. on the A-side, which was co-written with Thomas Dolby, he arranged the track with Hajime Tachibana. It features two versions of an electronic dancer with Dolby's new romantic vocals layered on top of a solid electro track that uses a lot of synthesizers. The most notable track from Organic Music is Sakamoto's solo piece on the B-side, a 15-minute, 30-second piece of experimental electronics with some electronic phrases repeating randomly, probably built with Emulator or Fairlight CMI. This work is an extension of the famous album "Esperanto" released in the same year. It comes with a flyer for the book "Music Illustrated Book (Visual Version)", an artistic insert with only squares on it, and a questionnaire postcard.
