An album recorded in 1980 in London, UK, by Buenos Aires-born saxophonist Andrés Boiarsky, whose name stands alongside major Argentine jazz works, including those of Jorge López Ruiz. Released by Spotlite Records, also known for Paz's releases, the album features Phil Lee (g), Paul Rogers (b), Allan Cox (d), and Simon Morton (perc). Highlights include the elegant interplay of Boiarsky’s saxophone over a lively Brazilian bossa rhythm on A1, the primitive charm of berimbau and chants on A3, the brilliant fusion of tropical Latin beats and guitar solos on A4, and the cool yet fiery jazz-rock interplay of electric guitar, saxophone, drums, and bass over crisp percussion on B1. A masterpiece packed with excellent tracks.
