An album released in 1978 by American percussionist David Friedman, who has participated in works by numerous artists such as Wayne Shorter, Hubert Laws, and Grover Washington Jr., while also leaving behind many works with his own group. This album was recorded as part of a project by Japan's East Wind label, featuring performances by David Samuels (vibraphone, marimba, bass marimba), Hubert Laws (flute, piccolo flute), and Harvie Swartz (bass). It includes vibraphone solos by Friedman as well as duos and trios with each musician. The entire album features refreshing music that paints a sonic landscape from winter to spring, accompanied by the vibrant tones of the vibraphone and marimba.
