DAM (Japan) 1980
DOR-0086 (Mini-LP) heavy vinyl. w/insert.
sleeve : EX(very slightly dirts on side.)
media : EX+/EX+(some slightly surface noises, still good condition.)

76cm/2 tracks, 45rpm cutting with quartz rock D.D. motor and diamond cutter needles, heavy discs, etc... This is a mini album by Mieko Hirota, which released as series "76/45" in 1980 by the DAM Promotion Committee of Daiichi Katei Denki. The album was recorded mainly with jazz numbers that she had sung in the past, cover song of Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartny. It features the overwhelming singing ability of Mieko Hirota, and the tight and groovy performances by such great players as Hiromasa Suzuki, Kenji Takamizu, Haruo Togashi, Koji Takeda, Yuichi Tokashiki, Akira Okazawa and Tsunehide Matsuki are outstanding. The best song on the album is A3, a cover of Boz Scaggs' urban soul number released the same year.

A3: Jojo
B2: My Funny Valentine
