This is the first album released in 1976 by Celeste, a group formed around Ciro Perrino and Leonardo Lagorio, members of the Italian rock band Il Sistema, which was active for a short period from the end of the 60s to the beginning of the 70s. This is the domestic edition released in 1981 on King Records' <European Rock Collection 2200> series. The album features a pastoral and lyrical sound production heavily influenced by early King Crimson, and an acoustic orientation that can only be found in northern Italy. It also makes full use of the mellotron.
