The second album by Emerson, Lake & Palmer, a British Rock band formed in 1970 by Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and Carl Palmer, released in 1971. Side A is an epic suite that unfolds over 20 minutes in a storybook fashion, and Emerson's Hammond organ is featured prominently. The B-side contains six small pieces and symbolically incorporates J.S. Bach's score.
