Fernando Pacheco, a Brazilian guitarist who was a member of the progressive rock band Recordando o Vale Das Maçãs active in the 1970s, released his only solo album independently in 1986. With support from former members of Recordando o Vale Das Maçãs, including Fernando Motta (guitar), Eliseu Filho (keyboards), and Lourenço Gotti (drums), this album was created. It incorporates electric guitars, guitar synthesizers, as well as live instruments such as flute, viola, and violin, along with synthesizers. The album unfolds a unique and nostalgic melodic sensibility, creating a highly impressive blend of lyrical folk-infused progressive music throughout its entirety. At first, it might sound unfamiliar, but as you listen, you'll be drawn into its enchanting world. The music has a mysterious quality that might remind you of Egberto Gismonti's mid-1980s works.
