An album released in 1974 by Isao Tomita, a pioneer of synthesizer music in Japan. The music was created for the soundtrack of the film Prophecies of Nostradamus, directed by Toshio Masuda and released the same year. While the extensive use of the Moog III synthesizer stands out, the album also boldly incorporates orchestration and band sounds, developing into a long-form progressive music piece. The spectacular world unique to Tomita, who composed music for numerous TV dramas, is depicted on a grand scale. Although there are no credits for the participating musicians, the transition into a psychedelic rock sound in the latter half of Side B is particularly impressive.
