Pentangle is a British folk-rock band formed in 1967 by musicians who had already made a name for themselves in the British folk scene, and has been active for a long time since their debut in 1968 with "Sweet Child". This album was released in 1985. The group is one of the orthodox British trad-folk groups, but the sound of the album is very different from that of the 70s, with percussive rhythms, acoustic guitar backing and electric guitar solos swinging bluesily on B2, and the symphonic sound of B5, which opens with a floating and beautiful chorus. As a 80s album, the sound production has been refined considerably.
