This is a masterpiece from the legendary Argentine rock band Polifemo, released in 1976 as their first album, ending their activity after only two albums in the 1970s. Led by David Lebon, who also excelled in Color Humano, Sui Generis, and Spinetta's Pescado Rabioso, and left outstanding works as a solo artist. The members include Ronaldo Rafanelli, Juan Ciro Fogliata, Juan Jorge Rodriguez, and Toto, contributing to a unique sound filled with Argentine nostalgia, blending psychedelic and progressive tastes into a rock style formatted in country/blues. It's a truly wonderful piece, capturing the essence of Argentine rock with a poignant touch, reminiscent of the best aspects of Spinetta and Charly Garcia. Highly recommended.
The vinyl has some fine scratches on the surface, and there are places where light surface noise or minor click noises, but it can be listened to relatively stress-free. Small click noises due to minor scratches can be heard in the middle of A2 and B3.
