This 1976 album by the Krautrock group Streetmark—who would go on to create a masterpiece in 1979 through a collaboration with German synthesizer player Wolfgang Riechmann—is a notable work in its own right. Produced by Bernd Schreiber and Conny Plank, it was recorded and mixed at Conny’s Studio. The album includes a psychedelic cover of a Beatles song on A3, and delivers fast-paced rock infused with the distinct Düsseldorf sound, reminiscent of Neu! and La Düsseldorf. The highlight, however, is B1—composed by Conny Plank—where a deeply psychedelic world fully unfolds.
