German trombonist Albert Mangelsdorff, who also connects with Don Cherry, German pianist Wolfgang Dauner, who has left various experimental works, and percussionists Peter Giger and Trilok Gurtu from Family of Percussion, they collaborated in 1987 for concert. This it that live recording album. First of all, the members of the group are too good to be true, but the album has a lot to offer, such as A2, where Trilok Gurtu's tabla and various percussions fly wildly in the intro, and then the album develops aggressively, and B2, where Peter Giger's drumming, Wolfgang Dauner's backing piano and Indian voice in unison are ethnic. Family of Percussion's playing is amazing, but Wolfgang Dauner's piano that soars like a percussion instrument is the real deal.
