A solo album released in 1984 by American artist Blaine L. Reininger, a central figure of Tuxedomoon. In addition to Tuxedemoon ally Steven Brown, the album features Crammed Discs founders Marc Hollander, Winston Tong, Michel Belfer, and Alain Goutier, and was recorded in Brussels in 1983. The whole album is a post-punkish, experimental new wave that combines hard machine rhythms with reverberations and the unique Belgian decadence of lightly cloudy skies from start to finish. The sound is reminiscent of the new beat that flourished in Belgium from the late 80's to the early 90's, but it also includes tracks that sublimate Western popular music in an avant-garde way.
