The album was released in 1978 by Jamaican saxophonist Cedric 'Im' Brooks. In addition to appearing on such early roots reggae classics as Count Ossie & Mystic Revelation of Rastafari's Tales of Mozanbique and Grounation, Brooks also played in his own group, The Light of Saba, and on numerous sessions. The album features many Jamaican musicians, including Boris Gardiner, Llyoyd Barnes and Tony Allen (of the Wackies), and features a full-length Afro-groove with roots reggae, indigenous naiyabinghi (a return to Africa) and a missing link to US spiritual jazz. This is a must-hear for all reggae fans. I think this is a Jamaican reissue from the 80's, but it is in good condition to listen.
